From Surviving to Thriving

I spent years pushing through disconnection, anxiety and chronic fatigue, convinced I couldn't change. Until my body finally forced my to stop. In my healing journey, I discovered something unexpected: my body wasn't the problem. It actually held the answers I'd been searching for everywhere else in podcasts, self-help books and spreadsheets. That discovery—that our bodies are our gateway to freedom—became the foundation for everything I do now. I went from burnt-out and anxious to grounded and purposeful. And now I help other ambitious women do the same.
