The Problem: You are stuck in a cycle of mental overdrive and reactive living
The problem is that you are trying to control your life by pushing your body even harder while ignoring the patterns it has been trying to communicate to you - you are stuck in loops of overthinking and overdoing because you think it makes you feel like you have control, when in fact it is keeping you trapped in a cycle of mental overdrive and reactive living with no control whatsoever.
I know why this is happening.
Here are the shifts you need to make:
- You're lying awake at 3am running through the possible replies you will get from the email you sent or the script for asking for for that project you wanted to work on so you feel like you can handle whatever happens like the leader everyone sees you as, but the constant mental overdrive prevents your body from relaxing into restful sleep, which is why you arenât waking up feeling energized and confident about your day ahead.
- Sweating it out at your weekly hot flows and HIIT sessions might feel good in the moment, but they donât rewire your state of constant high-alert underneath - it probably makes it worse - so you fall back into a loop of mental marathons as soon as you leave the studio instead of feeling more calm and ready to make fast decisions from a place of inner knowing.

Listen to the body's signals without judgment and simply be with your physical and emotional experiences in the present moment. This program is different from a generic yoga class - it's less about the poses themselves, but more about using the poses as tools to access the reality of your inner experience.
đ§ OPEN - Access your inner awarenessÂ
Develop understanding of your own sensations, thoughts and emotions and what safety feels like by working with your bodyâs limits as you observe how moving the body or holding poses in certain ways changes how you sense or feel.Â
đĄď¸ ORGANIZE - Feel safe in your nervous systemÂ
Feel the shifts out of reactive responses through gentle movement, breath and meditation combined with yin yoga poses, which target the deeper layers like your fascia, which is deeply linked to how you feel and respond.

Become more comfortable with stillness and slowness as you practice being instead of thinking or doing. Start to recognize the difference between stories in the head and the real experience in your body, and interrupting mental loops that override your bodyâs signals.
